In-house Specialists

Our innovative in-house team, under the leadership of the Property Director, are hands-on, ensuring all areas of our valuable hotel assets are taken care of.  Whether that’s being at the forefront of driving carbon reduction initiatives to meet our Net Zero commitment by 2040, keeping our portfolio regularly maintained, ensuring we operate safely or working across our portfolio to deliver transformational refurbishments - on time and within budget - we’ve got this!

Having a team of in-house specialists helps us to drive real value when it comes to delivering cost-effective refurbishments. We work closely with our hotel owners and investors, complemented by established refurbishment companies where required,  to provide tailored solutions for hotel refurbishments and alterations. We offer a 360 approach, from inception to opening, working to programmes that both optimise available cash flow and integrate with operational demands.

Innovative Solutions

We pride ourselves in being nimble and dynamic, driving innovative solutions for our hotels.  Our team are experienced in the hospitality industry and understand the unique needs of undertaking construction and refurbishment projects within the confines of an operating and occupied hotel, working in a flexible way, without the restrictions of everyday contractors.

We have excellent relationships with our suppliers and work together to deliver a ‘just-in-time’ model with equipment and large deliveries, reducing site storage and damage to components. Knowing the market inside out, we approach every project as bespoke and negotiate on a project-by-project basis to offer effective and flexible pricing and agreements.  As a leading hotel management group, we benefit from economies of scale, further delivering value.

We’re agile with our management of programming and budgeting. We manage all projects internally, with external consultants costs kept to a minimum and employed only where a specialty is required. 

Socially Conscious

We’re proud to have a socially conscious approach with everything we do, undergoing a rigorous tendering of services through fit-for-purpose scopes and ensuring our service partners share the same values as us.

Our day-to-day management, as well as any hotel refurbishments, are undertaken in an environmentally conscious manner. Working with our contractors, we have an ambitious plan to significantly reduce our carbon footprint. As part of our journey towards Net Zero, we’re already starting to segregate waste such as scrap metals, wiring and lighting fittings which are separated at source and recycled locally to reduce waste miles. Items that cannot be recycled are dispatched to waste to energy plants.
