With over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, though it honestly feels more like ten! I bring a wealth of expertise and energy to my role as CEO of Kew Green Hotels.

Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work with some of the most respected names in hospitality, including Hilton Hotels, QHotels, IHG, Clermont Hotels and Adriatic Luxury Hotels. My leadership journey has spanned everything from luxury resorts to large-scale branded operations, giving me a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver excellence at every level of the guest experience.

For me, hospitality has always been about people. We build great relationships with colleagues and guests. Hospitality can bring so much joy to people. We help people celebrate the good times, form lifelong friendships and relationships, we build interesting and varied careers, we bring people together, we provide a home from home for the weary traveller, we're there when you need us for a break, or a place to relax and let someone else do the cooking for you! It’s not for the faint-hearted. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment that demands passion, dedication, attention to detail, hard work and a can-do attitude, but once you try it, it’s difficult not to love it.

Over the years, I’ve led a wide range of transformative projects, from major hotel reconstructions and refurbishments to cutting-edge technology initiatives, world-class events and crisis management support. Each of these experiences have reinforced my belief that success in hospitality is always driven by one thing: people working together with purpose, pride and positivity.

As I lead Kew Green Hotels into its next chapter, I remain committed to championing our people, strengthening our partnerships and ensuring every guest experience reflects the warmth, professionalism and passion that define truly great hospitality.
