I joined our senior leadership team in 2017, having been involved in the hospitality sector for over 20 years, with previous roles in luxury properties as well as multi-rosette and Michelin star restaurants. At Kew Green Hotels, I work closely with our owners, brand partners and suppliers to implement creative culinary concepts across our hotel portfolio - the opportunities are boundless!
Entrepreneurial in spirit, I work with start-ups and hotels undergoing brand transformation, repositioning and upscaling their Food and Beverage offering. Building on my own experience, I've also had the opportunity to deliver a fresh approach to a number of established properties, including Chatsworth House, The National Trust and The Duke of Rutland Estate.Back to top
