I am passionate about progressing people's careers within our organisation, as well as raising the profile of the hospitality and leisure industry as a diverse and rewarding career choice. As The Hotel Management People, we recognise that it's our people who make the difference.
I first joined Kew Green Hotels in 2005, setting up and managing our HR function over five years. I then diversified my experience, working with a number of luxury operators including Wentworth Club, Kensington's Royal Garden Hotel and the Gordon Ramsay Group, as well as large multi-site leisure operators. I rejoined our family in 2016, embracing disruptive HR models to drive innovation and change. Fast forward to today, we have a really strong business model for leading HR within organisations - adding value for our people as well as for the business.
I sit on a number of people advisory boards, meaning our owners have a seat at the table to have impact and influence, ensuring alignment between our owners and our brands.
We also have an Employee Board, which has been instrumental in giving our people a voice and has helped drive real innovation and a true sense of ownership across all areas of our business.Back to top
