I joined Kew Green Hotels in 2004 as a General Manager with a laser focus on turning around any of our poorly performing properties. Appointed Director of Operations in 2017, my responsibility grew to support a number of hotels in our portfolio.
In a constantly changing environment, I've supported our teams to be agile and flexible to meet the changing customer needs and operational changes, particularly in more recent times.
I am proud to have developed a number of our current Area General Managers and I'm passionate about people engagement, believing it is the key to delivering outstanding results. Having previously worked for Marriott International and Swallow hotels, I've also successfully led teams through various rebranding initiatives.Back to top
