Employee Rate Terms & Conditions

All rates and room types are subject to availability. Only valid on stays booked before the 31st of December 2024.

Rooms are available to book within the next 90 days

Rates include a breakfast option (subject to change at each hotel).

Kids stay free up to the age of 18 (max 2 per stay) and kids eat free up to the age of 12 with a paying adult (one free child per one paying adult).

To make a booking, please complete the booking form by clicking here and completing all required information. If any information is missing, your booking will not be confirmed.

Your booking request will act as confirmation once the booking has been made and a confirmation number provided. All employees must call the hotel within 48 hours of receiving a confirmation number to guarantee the room(s) with a credit/debit card.

All bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 4pm on the day prior to arrival. Bookings not cancelled within this time frame, or no-shows, will be charged in full.

You can book a maximum of 2 rooms on the employee rate but one of the rooms must be occupied by a current Kew Green employee to qualify. 

We will check all employees' employment status before making a booking, only current employees of Kew Green are entitled to book the discounted rate.

All employees are entitled to 50% off food and beverage during your stay. This will be deducted from your bill at check-out. To qualify for the discount, please charge food and beverage to your room
You will be required to provide a pre-authorisation of a credit/debit card on check-in to make any charges to your room.

Our hotels have selected dog-friendly rooms available which are subject to availability. Dog-friendly rooms will be charged an additional £10 per dog, per night with the exception of assistance dogs which are free of charge. Dogs listed on the dangerous dogs list are not permitted within our hotels.
