Kew Quest 2026 Terms & Conditions

The incentive is available on new bookings created and arriving between 1st January and 31st December 2026.

The offer is not available on bookings already made prior to 1st January 2026. This incentive cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or incentives. One entry is awarded per confirmed booking.

Entries are awarded to the individual booker (unless otherwise specified by their company). If the prize is not accepted, no cash alternative will be offered. Kew Green Hotels cannot accept any liability for tax implications incurred as a result of receiving any gifts in this promotion. We are unable to send prizes to any address other than your business address detailed in our system. Kew Green Hotels can take no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in the post. This promotion is not available on weddings, private functions or accommodation not attached to a conference, meeting or event.

A winner will be chosen by random draw every month throughout 2026.

The winner will be notified via email and phone call. Once accepted, the winner will be announced on our social platforms, websites and other appropriate media outlets.

The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 7 days of being chosen and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Kew Green Hotels within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Kew Green Hotels will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

The prize will be sent to the winner within 14 days of accepting the prize.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Kew Green Hotels reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Kew Green Hotels control makes it necessary to do so.
