I joined Kew Green Hotels in 2014 as a hotel General Manager, and three years' later became Director of Operations. One of Kew Green's key policies is to invest in its people and support individual growth - and I certainly feel I benefited greatly from this.
I'm an advocate for developing our employees' skills and work with our teams across our portfolio to deliver a memorable guest experience. In my role, I oversee the diligent implementation of brand standards across our portfolio. I regularly look back to my first role in hospitality working as a receptionist, which connects me to the empowerment of our teams when it comes to delivering a smooth customer journey.
Prior to Kew Green, I worked with brands including IHG Hotels & Resorts, where I led one of their top ten performing properties in the UK & Ireland, as well as rounding my commercial experience through my role as a Regional Revenue Manager for nine hotels and setting up a Central Reservations Office.Back to top
